Authors: Deschamps ME, Payet S, Tournadre A, Soubrier M, Souteyrand P, D’Incan M BACKGROUND: Dermatological treatments for the follicular occlusion triad have only partial and transient efficacy. PATIENTS AND METHODS: A 20-year-old patient presented folliculitis of the scalp, acne and hidradenitis suppurativa, associated with spondyloarthritis. Treatment with infliximab for rheumatologic symptoms induced complete and lasting dermatological and rheumatological remission.
