PATIENTS AND METHODS: A 20-year-old patient presented folliculitis of the scalp, acne and hidradenitis suppurativa, associated with spondyloarthritis. Treatment with infliximab for rheumatologic symptoms induced complete and lasting dermatological and rheumatological remission.
