Benzoyl Peroxide/Salicylic Acid Wins As Initial Acne Treatment

Benzoyl peroxide with salicylic acid works better than benzoyl peroxide with clindamycin for the initial treatment of acne, but after 10 to 12 weeks there is little difference in results between the two treatments, according to research published in the July issue of the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology.
