Fractional 1320 nm Nd : YAG laser in the treatment of acne vulgaris: a pilot study

Thirty-five patients with moderate to severe acne were treated with a fractional 1320 nm neodymium : yttrium aluminum garnet (Nd : YAG) laser. These patients received six treatment sessions at a 2-week interval. Inflammatory and non-inflammatory lesions were counted before and after treatment.
